What Is The Treatment For Rectal Pain?

hi i have cramps in my rectum, this has been going on since the 3rd week of february after a reverse colostomy surgery.this cramping is pretty much all day long and gives me false ideas about going to the bathroom.but i cant take that chance just in case i have to go .this happens about 15 times a day. please please what can i do?
