What Is The Treatment For Red Circles All Over The Body?

My problem started about 7 years ago. First I started to get random red circles all over my body that have not gone away but if you push on them or on the skin they disapear for a second then 5 years ago along the side of my feet started turning purple and red and blue. Over the years it has spread all over my feet, up my legs. Same thing if you rub my legs or feet the color goes away for a few seconds. However on some parts of my leg, upper front anckel it doesn't rub away. I have seen several doctors specialists and no one can help me. It has nothing to do with my vascular circulation. Any ideas. I once had pretty olive skin and now I burn and get red rashes all over my arms and my legs dont even tan now. PLEASE, PLEASE help me!
