What Is The Treatment For Red Itchy Rashes In The Neck And Face?

hey my 1 year old has had a dry reallyitchy rash on his face neck and head for three weeks now and took him to the dr and they put him on prednisone but it just came back 2 days later!!! The poor lil guy cant sleep and is so cranky all day cause he is so itchy
