What Is The Treatment For Red Rashes On The Stomach And Chest?

Hello, I'm a 20 year old male 5,11 and 16.8 stone. I've got no serious health problems, always been overweight though. 2 weeks ago i noticed red rashes appeard overnight on my inner bicseps, inner groin, side and the odd few on my stomach/chest. I have a few red spots appear on my sides too, None of these itch at all and i have no other symptoms. I went to the doctor and the past week i've been on Flucloxacillin 500mg capsules 4times a day and have been using Daktacort cream, The doctor i saw didn't know exactly what it was but thought it was ringworm, Though it doesn't look like pictures i've seen.



After using the antibiotics and cream, I haven't noticed much difference, Only the redness on my chest have gone down slightly.



Anyhelp would be appreciated, I've looked online but not really found anything.
