What Is The Treatment For Red Rashes On The Thighs?

Please type your query here...I have a rash/marks on my thighs they look like long finger marks up 2 15 cm long,not itchy or sore.got them 3rd day in Bali and they have been there nearly 3 weeks now,no doctors know what it is, have been to the hospital,they don't know,have been on antibiotics and creme incase fungal but haven't changed?
