What Is The Treatment For Red Spots In The Neck , Stomach , Chest And Face?

Hi, I am a 19 year old female of average height and weight. In the past couple of days i have had an out break of red spots all over my stomach, chest, back, neck and face. I thought this could be chicken pox because I have never had it before but i'm not sure because they are not very itchy. The spots are becoming darker and some are crusting over. What should I do about this problem?
