What Is The Treatment For Rhinitis?

I am a nurse and had my nose broken by a patient at the end of October. It was an uncomplicated fracture that required no treatment. Ever since then however, I seem to have developed a Rhinitis type problem. On occasions throughout the day I get a meddening itching of my nose and it streams. The irritation lasts for a few hours and makes my eyes water. I have never had hayfever or allergies of any kind. I would like to know if this is likely to settle. It is drivin g me crazy. If it starts during the night I cant sleep for constant sneezing. Please advise
