What Is The Treatment For Ringworm Infection On The Legs?

I was given six months' MDT - PB therapy last year for detection of leprosy borderline and was also released from treatment after six months. Actually there was round circle like ringworm on the left lower leg anmd also two spots encircled on the upper portion of the same leg.

The ringworm and the spots could not disappear completely. But after after a period of approx three months, severe pain has started on the round spot left side on the upper portion of the the same leg. Now I am in a fix what to do. Please do advise me suitably.
