What Is The Treatment For Scalp Ringworm Infection In A Child?

my four year old daugther has been diagnosed with scalp ringworm. tried most creams and shampoos, but still inflammed area with pus filled bumps. Just completed a course of antibiotic for bacterial infection. using lime juice now. Less itchy, but when pus filled bumps disappear there is small holes where they were, which bleed slightly. is my home remedy to harsh?
