What Is The Treatment For Scleroderma?

I was told that I have scleroderma although another doctor disagreed. A biopsy was taken and I was told I have auto immune which I guess is where the scleroderma came from. My problem sites are under my arm pits and where I sit. I have raised white areas on my breasts and belly with purple blotches everywhere. Question one is: does scleroderma cause an odor? If I don't shower every day, I wake up with my skin smelling. How, without going to a million doctors, do I know if I have the right diagnosis? Thank you
