What Is The Treatment For Sensitivity In The Penis Head?

if you could.would you please help me. my problem is that my penis head is too sensitive..i've researched it and it says its because of my foreskin that the penis heads skin hasnt hardened...but thats not the only problem...the skin under my glan that is the frenulum is too tight and makes my glan bend downwards when i pull my foreskin back. i dnt have discomfort pulling the foreskin back its only the sensivity of the glan.

because of this i have not been able to have sex because its kind of embarassing....im a 20 year old virgin..i think im the only one!
