What Is The Treatment For Severe Breast Pain?

I am 46yrs old and weigh 104 and in pretty good shape. I have not been sick but last night all through the night. The pains last night were on the left side of my left breast close to my side and persisted through the night now the pain is more on the inside of my left breast. I have a doctors appt. today but I am sure that the general doctor is going to send me to a cardiologist. any ideas
