What Is The Treatment For Severe Chest Pain?

i am 39 weeks pregnant and in the last few days i have been waking up choking then not being able to get back to sleep i also cant eat anything because when i do it hurts my chest the only thing that eases it is ICE cold water im really at my lowest as with not eating very well an sleeping i have no energy do you advise anything or do you think the hospital will induce me ?
