What Is The Treatment For Severe Cramps And Bleeding?

Hi, My name is Courtney. I have been having really bad cramps, bloating and bleeding this month before my period. The cramps have been really bad sometime to the point where I want to throw up, and when I have them I just want to stay in bed. The bloating has also made me feel sick. But the bleeding started to worry me. Should I be concerned?
