What Is The Treatment For Severe Forehead Pain?

I have a horrible pain in my forehead. It is the worst pain I have ever had in my head. I do not think it is a headache because noise and light do not make it any worse, and it is only hurting right in the front no where else. If I bend down my head feels like it is going to EXPLODE. It is a constaint pain that just will not go away. I just do not know what it could be....
