What Is The Treatment For Severe Hair Loss?

Hello doctor, I am 26 year male, and I am worried with hair loss on head. Hair density on my head has reduced considerably, though its not baldness from any particular area on head but there numbers had reduced considerably.
I had habit of smoking and alcohol , and I work in shift duty, my diet was not proper and I had some experienced some stress in last few months. I had problem of dandruff too. now I ave trimmed my hair and am using mintop (minoxidil) regularly from last 2 months, washing hair after 3 days with anti dandruff shampoo and with nirozal once a week. hair loss has reduced but still the density of hairs is not good enough.
