What Is The Treatment For Severe Hair Loss?

Hi, i am sameer from india i am 21 years old and i am suffering from hair loss since 1year back. usually i loose 30-40 hair per day and my hair is being thin day by day.i also have some itchy dandruff on my scalp.i wash my hair every day. and when i begin to wash my hair with sampoo i see many hair sticking to my palm. i am really worried about this please help me.
