What Is The Treatment For Severe Hair Loss?

Hi, I put a product in my hair (and scalp) that was supposed to repair damaged or heat-traumatized hair. Now, a day later, my scalp has a burning sensation and I feel as though my hair is thinning/ has fallen off. How can I stop this process? And would my hair regrow?
