What Is The Treatment For Severe Hair Loss?

hi doc...i am 37 year old female sufferring from severe hairloss since past 2 years but the condition has aggravated since past 5 months. My hormone levels are normal. My scalp has also become sensitive and hurts when i itch with my fingernails:(...normally i my hair was thin and dry but now its even more thinner and drier...i am presently on minoxidil and aminexil 5% solution and also halox lotion for scalp..i am on some vitamin supplements prescribed by my doctor...the treatment started yesterday....am i on the right track?
