What Is The Treatment For Severe Headache And Fever?

I have had a virus for a few days with a temperature but my main concern is at night when I sleep I either wake witha jolt after a concoction of dreams all running into one or I am just about to fall asleep when I am jolted awake horribly causing my head to ache. Now I daren't attempt sleep at all. I also suffer with high bp and wonder if my probs at night while suffering from this virus are more bp related than hi temperature
