What Is The Treatment For Severe Headache And Neck Pain?

I am 57+. I have what many have referred to in this site already. Head ache starts t while lying down and disappears when I get up. Sometimes the ache travels say from the back of the eye to the upper left side of the head. I am tempted to say that it starts from eating oily stuff and results in gassing . The pain then is very severe and then comes down to the side of the neck also. I dont know where to start , a GP , neuro or what . TQC
