What Is The Treatment For Severe Headache?

Hi, I have weird headaches for a month now. All started after my short trip to Florida. The day after I came back I got a headache in the area of the frontal sinuses but also in the top of my head, behind me ears and also I got a stiff neck. I feel pressure in my eyes and my ears and I cannot lay flat on my back because the pressure becomes bigger. Two weeks ago I went to my family doctor and he prescribed antibiotic and gave muscle reluctant. I felt a bit better for two three days and now the headaches are back in full force. Just to mention (in case there is any connection) in September I dislocated L4 & L5 discs. Please tell me what to do? Thanks
