What Is The Treatment For Severe Headache?

I am having headaches about once a month for 24-48 hours that feel like a 5 lb. weight sitting on my head. I had the Novasure procedure about 2 months ago to hopefully get passed premenstrual migraines - could this be a side effect of this procedure?
