What Is The Treatment For Severe Headache?

M a 21 yr old girl n from last few days i have been suffering frm severe headache. Sometimes i feel like vomitting n 3 days ago while talking on phone suddenly i got pain in my head n i fell down. My memory is getting weak n i am unable to concentrate. Plz help
