What Is The Treatment For Severe Lower Stomach Cramps?

I am on Norethisterone 5mg I have to take one tablet for 5 days begining of each month. My last period was on the 10th of october. Partner and me has unprotective sex in the second to last week in october. I am now getting really bad cramping in my lower stomach area what could this be.
