What Is The Treatment For Severe Pain And Stiffness In The Neck?

I had a cervical fusion in 2005 C1C2C3... im now pregnant... I have pain and stiffness in my neck but no other problems as of yet... Can i still give birth vaginally or will i have a C section? will this cause a compression fx from the pushing and bearing down? please help me imscared
