What Is The Treatment For Severe Pain In The Hip And Leg?

Hey Doctor,

I am having pain in my right leg, starting from Hip joint ending at foot, i cant walk properly because of that. I am travelling right now and will be back to my hometown by wednesday night. So i request you if you can help me out with the problem and solution.
