What Is The Treatment For Severe Stiffness And Pain In The Body?

My boyfriend just turned 18. He says his bones feel like their frozen but when you touch him he feels like he's on fire. He also says almost evety bone & muscle in his body are stiff & hurt. He can't sleep because he wakes up every 10-15 minutes dripping in sweat. Its been going on for 3 days now. What can I do to atleast make him more comfortable?
