What Is The Treatment For Severe Stomach Pain And Cramping Pains?

Hello,
I just had a baby 9 weeks ago. I bled for almost 6 weeks after birth, then stopped for about a week and spotted just a little one day. Now I am getting stomach pains and cramping. I am breastfeeding day and night. I wonder what the problem is or if this is normal and just making sure there is no chance of being pregnant again so soon?? Please help! Thanks
