my mother suffers from severe pain at her urethera opening she can't even handle to touch it with a tissue and it feels rough when she touches it with her finger when she looked closely it looks like its been cut several little cuts with a blade , she suffers severe pain everytime she goes to the toilet , she is 49 years old , she doesn't have diabetes what is she having ?
