What Is The Treatment For Sharp Pain In Collar Bone And Neck?

I have pain in my collarbone and neck - if I try to put my head to my shoulder i.e. my ear would be on my shoulder, I get an extreme sharp pain in my collarbone. It also feels like it is grinding, a bit like the feeling when your knee grinds ? This has been steadily worsening over the past few days and now my neck and the very upper part of my back is painful as well. Any advice would be great, thanks !
