What Is The Treatment For Sharp Pain In The Flank?

I have constant, sharp pain in my left flank, that will come all the way in front lower abdomenal region. also I have microscopic blood in urin. I did CT and no sign of any kidney disorder. Also have down cystoscopy for blader, came out good. I am takinhg Vicodine for almost a month and seems like Dr don't know !! Can you give me a clue, what is wrong with me.
