What Is The Treatment For Sharp Pain In The Heart , Neck , Arm And Chest?

Hi, I have been having sharp pains in my heart,neck ,and left arm, my chest feels like it's under a lot of pressure, and I am having some trouble breathing. I went to walk across the room and got light headed and passed out. I am 16 years old, I weigh 142 pounds,and I have never had any problems with anything like this before. Can you tell me what it is?
