What Is The Treatment For Skin Dryness And Sunburn?

hello doc, i got one question and i need an precise answer 4 a long time. i had an experience of rather severe sunburn about 5 years ago when i was in a military training in a very dry and shiny area. It lasted for 10 days. after it finished, my face skin was get a sunburn, with external conditions like all black skin tan ( my original skin tone is fair, and i'm asian boy), nose and some areas of skin is broken and scarred, and also got some wrinkles even. I'm 24 years old now. So i wanna know whether this history of sunburn have a long term serious damage to my body? like immune system damage, skin cancer or other potential impact?
plus i always got acne around my mouth area, on chin and beside lips. i dont know what cause this at all, could u offer some reasons 4 me? thanks.
