What Is The Treatment For Skin Itching Due To A Bug Bite?

hi my name is sophia i live in new york. i itched something that looked like a bug bite on my right fore arm and after a bit of itching other "insect bite" looking things started speading up and down my arm, all day it has been spreading now on both arms and my stomach. all the bumps are isolated and small and itch, any ideas what it could be?
