What Is The Treatment For Skin Patches In The Legs?

Hi doctor..Im getting patches on bottom of my they small circular spots...they are like if i m wearing a acupressure sandal for long time after that the skin takes the shape of sandal means some small holes genrates on the legs means the skin goes in,this sort of patches they are not holes exactly but they dont even pain.My age is 26 and i m male.plase suggest they look very bad and odd.
