What Is The Treatment For Skin Rashes On The Hands?

Hi. I have an eczema type rash on my hands which I have often had before. I have been using topical cortisone cream for about 5 days. The rash seems to be spreading up my arms and there are a few patches on my face. It aslo feels like I have it on my tongue and the roof of my mouth. This morning I woke up with what feels like a slightly swollen epiglotis and/or a fair amount of mucus in the top part of my throat. I am scared of taking allergex because of all the side effects. I have a long standing anxiety disorder and take pur bloka and tranquipam sometimes. Would the taking of allergex interact badly with the pur bloka or tranquipam?
