What Is The Treatment For Skin Rashes On The Thighs And Hip?

I am 60 years old. But I very healthy and strong. one year before I sufered from HERPEZ ZOSTER and got out of it though pain remains. but then after my skin started getting red rash under chin then down on frontal both arms, followed by facing upper thighs , around hips just middle way between underarm and hip. Initially thre was no problem, now I am getting itchy sometimes uncontrollable and it goes on unendingly. it is getting unbearable please advise and relieve me from this torture...........
