What Is The Treatment For Skin Rashes?

my 18 year old son has had a rash for about three months and dermatologist have treated with all kind of antihistamines and prednisone and still no relief- labs were all normal except liver function tests slightly elevated and hemoglobin and hematocrit slightly elevated- any ideas?
