What Is The Treatment For Small Bumps And Dandruff On The Head?

I noticed I had small bumps in my head. For the past 2 weeks I have been in a cycle of scratching off the scabs. Every time it releases some kind of gooey clear stuff. I have tried just leaving it alone for many days so that it might completely dry up, but now it seems almost as if I had really bad dandruff in a small region of my head(after taking the scabs off today). The last time(before today) I took the scabs off I cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide and that seemed to dry it up well and it hasn't released the clear stuff (with blood) since then. I don't know if that possibly dried it up so much that its giving me dandruff. The bumpy area is also red. I put some leave-in conditioner and massaged it in the area. What do I have and is it a big deal?
