What Is The Treatment For Small Bumps In The Labia Majora?

I have these tiny bumps around labia minora leading into vaginal entrance. They look like little taste buds and are more visible when I stretch the labia minora out. Pictures on the internet show a smooth vaginal vestube area-Mine is not and right now it is very itchy, help!
