What Is The Treatment For Small Scabs On The Scalp?

i have these small scabs forming on my scalp, they are not sore but when i comb my hair or scratch my head I feel them. I have had some frozen off by doctor but there seem to be more and more coming. Is there some thing else I cando to get rid of them or stop more forming?
