What Is The Treatment For Sore Dry And Red Penis?

i am using hydrocortisone and betamethasonen valerate on my penis as it is sore red and dry, i used a vibrator direct on the skins and have seemed to have damage it, and now it is itchy and hurts. I not getting much joy from the creams and some of the skin on the shaft is split and when applying the cream it stings. I can not really pleaure my self or have sex now. ???
