What Is The Treatment For Sore Nipples?

Hi,



Over the last few days my nipple area on both breasts has become very sore, my breasts are OK its just around the nipple area. Last night i had a shower and thought i would check for any scratches or bruising when i was getting dry when i noticed they seemed to be leaking. Its not enough to be noticible but as i was looking i noticed it.



I had a child over 2 years ago and have never breastfed or pumped milk.



Can you advise as the pain is getting worse everyday
