What Is The Treatment For Sore Skin On The Face And Black Eye?

Hi, I got pretty nasty blow to the side of my face by a really have fast closing fire door and A black eye came up immediatly. This was two days ago and my face it still too sore to each touch and I am acheing everywhere and constantly feel sick. I am very scared of hospitals and would prefer it if I didnt have to go!
