What Is The Treatment For Soreness In The Breast?

Hi i am having problems and i wanted to know if you could help. My breast have been so sore all the time for about a month and on 18 of november i took a pregnancy test and it was negative. I also cant eat unless i get sick threw up some to. So on nov 20 i went to doc and she checked for lumpes and didnt find any and urine pregnancy test which was negative. I also sopposed to start my period on 22 but didnt till 25. And very very light but still couple of spots a day. And i noticed my heart beats faster and urine smells. Can you help
