What Is The Treatment For Stabbing Pain In The Hip?

hello i am 24 and am a hypermobility sufferer (more so in my lower body) im a student of performing arts and have resently acted in a intence physical theatre peice for a week and a half now i have had stabbing pains in my left hip socket when i move the leg to the left or have rested and i put wieght on it. when i move it, it feels like the bones are hitting one another. im not sure if its possable but i think i could have disloged it and it went back in incorrectly. is there anything i can do to encouage it to heal?
