What Is The Treatment For Staph Infection In The Cleft And Anus?

I have been diagnosed with a staph infection in my gluteal cleft and around my anus. I have been on antibiotics off and on for a year and can't seem to shake this. I work outside and try to keep it as dry as I can and even use baby powder to help dry the area. What else can I do to get this to go away?
