What Is The Treatment For Starches On The Wrist?

i have recently handled kittens (4 to 5 months old) they where very fiesty and left some deep scratches on my wrist. although it has been 4 to 5 wks ago i have now gotten red spots on my wrist in three places that will come to a white head every so often. It's like they wax and wain over time. What are they?
