What Is The Treatment For Stomach Cramps And Rapid Heart Rate?

Hi, I have been feeling a lot of movement in my stomach lately. I haven't had a period since May however have taken at least 10 pregnancy tests and one blood test and all came back negative. I have been having pains and cramping as well. I currently don't have insurance so I don't want them to have to run every test known to man to figure it out. I have been very tired as well, and my heart tends to race on occasion like 137 - 147 beats without me doing anything. This has all been over the last month. Thanks for any help you can give me.
